Bad doctrine

Just saw this and thought the following:
(1) See! This is why people should baptize infants! A completely pragmatic argument, right here.
(2) You know, baptizisms should only be happening in the context of worship. July 4th was on a Friday, not a Sunday.
(3) If the "immersers" argue that one needs to repent then baptize, how much sufficient evidence do they have of so many people actually repenting?
(4) Shouldn't they have a tub if the church stakes it's faith on repenting, then baptizing?
(5) This is proof I live in the Bible Belt.
