What's worse?

Doing something and regretting it later or thinking about doing something knowing that it's something you'd regret doing later?
It'd be nice be able to plea ignorance.
It stinks have so much good instruction under your belt that you know that just the thought is enough to condemn you.
I suppose this would be the part which I can thankful for God's graceful way with me in my sanctification. Instead I'm just mad that I can be so stupid sometimes.
